The Artist
Tammi was born in Elgin Illinois and moved to Asheboro, North Carolina with her family when she was five-years old.
Although her mother has stated she began drawing earlier, Tammi remembers drawing as early as age four.Tammi earned
her Bachelor Degree  at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Being the epitome of the born artist has allowed her to create fine art without restraint, revealing her own style of oil painting
expertise. To portray her distinct way of interfacing with the world and expressing with energy and feeling within her fine art
oil paintings is Tammi Vaughan's intent with each painting.
Artistic influences include (but are not limited to) Paul Gustave Doré , Rosa Bonheur, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti
Simoni, and David Leffel. She also credits her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ with giving her the artistic talent and for guiding
her to the direction she should take with her art.
